Moonbow

This was my first of several attempts to shoot the aurora over High Falls in Grand Portage State Park. Conditions were nearly perfect, with the moon lighting the foreground while the aurora oval was faintly visible over the falls.
This time around the moon was too strong. While I could just barely see a couple aurora pillars in another shot, the only thing that really stood out was a moonbow within the mist of the falls. There’s always next time!
